Maddy joins Nomical as an Administration Assistant with 8 years’ experience in customer service, most recently in Fashion Wholesale specialising in Natural Fibre.
Fun Facts: Maddy recently moved to Manchester from Brisbane, Australia. When she travelled across Europe recently she saw snow for the first time! She is also the eldest of six siblings.

Jemma joins Nomical having previously worked for an accounting software company where, as part of the new business sales team, she helped Accountancy Practices streamline their business processes to maximise day to day efficiency.
Jemma has celebrated numerous successes in her career but to name a few she has; won employee of the month for highest new billings, claiming a Nintendo and Mario Kart as her prize and; consistently exceeded expectations in her previous role, reaching 180% of her monthly target. Arguably her greatest success though, is ranking an average 8/10 for her brews in a weekly brew review syndicate!

Zoe has five years experience working for a Managed Service Provider within a virtualisation environment.
She has recently achieved a First Class BSc in Network and Cloud Administration from UCEN Manchester.
Fun Fact: Zoe was an extra in Coronation Street as a child.
Ken joins Nomical with 10 years IT support experience. He is a Microsoft Certified Technician and is ITIL certified. Ken has worked on many large projects including testing for BBC Redux (which became iPlayer) and running the Digital Inclusion project for Eastlands Homes (which became EastHub). Internally, Ken has also worked on site wide migration to Office 365 and ran company wide training on One Drive.
Fun Fact: Ken ran a Webcomic online for 5 years.
Chronis joins Nomical with over 11 years of IT experience in the education and housing sectors, initially as an IT technician, then as a Senior Network Administrator, IT Manager, and latterly as an Infrastructure Analyst at a housing trust. Chronis has extensive experience in implementation and service improvement projects underscored by knowledge of Windows (including servers), VMware, Office, AD, Citrix, VoIP solutions and licensing, and has an active interest in cloud computing.
Chronis has a BSc in Computer Science & Information Systems from the University of Salford and holds various other qualifications including ITIL, Microsoft and Citrix certifications.
Fun Fact: Chronis describes himself as an expressive Greek with British sarcasm! He is passionate about football and has completed the Route 66 road trip.
