Nomical has strict rules regarding conduct to ensure that no bribery occurs in contravention of the Bribery Act 2010.
As a matter of policy, our employees may not, accept, request or offer any financial or other reward from any person in return for providing some favour, nor accept invitation to events without due review & approval from our management team.
If our employee’s feel they are being bribed, it is a matter of policy that they would report this internally and to any relevant external authorities where appropriate, with appropriate guidance provided to them on where external expert information can be found to support them. Suitable protections are in place for staff to report instances in confidence and anonymously where the situation may require this.
Our management team ensure our employees are aware of our polices and processes on this and also keep appropriate records of all gifts and hospitality arrangements.
We would encourage all 3rd parties engaging in business activities to help support us in ensuring there is no contravention of the Bribery Act 2010 by becoming familiar with our processes. We would reserve the right to terminate any future activities with parties found to be in contravention of this.
