What are IT professional services?
IT professional services are the specialist skills and project work that help your business change or improve its technology. That could mean planning an office move, upgrading infrastructure, migrating to Microsoft 365, bringing a newly acquired business onto your systems, or exploring how AI could help your teams. We can help from the first idea through to delivery and handover.
Do we need a support contract to use your project services?
No. You can use our project services on their own, whether or not we provide your day-to-day IT support. Many projects start that way, and if you’d like us to look after things once the work is done, we can talk about ongoing support then.
Can you work with our existing IT team or provider?
Yes. We regularly work alongside in-house IT teams and other providers, adding specialist skills, engineering resource or extra capacity where it’s needed. Whether it’s a one-off project or getting something over the line, we’ll work around your existing arrangements.
Can you help us move to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We plan and manage the whole move, bringing your email, files and collaboration tools together in one secure, well-organised environment. That might mean moving files from a server or Dropbox into SharePoint and OneDrive, or bringing email from different providers into one place. We handle the migration, configuration, security and permissions, then train your people to get the most from it.
Can you help us work out where AI could be useful?
Yes. We start by understanding how your business works, where your teams spend their time and which processes could benefit from AI. From there, we’ll help you compare options such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude, or AI features already built into tools like HubSpot and ClickUp. Then we set up your chosen tools securely and give your teams the confidence to use them well.
How much does an IT project cost?
Every project is different, so we scope the work first and give you a clear, costed proposal before anything starts. You’ll know exactly what’s included, with no surprises along the way.
Will the project disrupt our business?
We plan every project to keep disruption to a minimum. Work that could affect your team is scheduled out of hours wherever possible, and we keep you updated so there are no surprises.
What happens once the project is finished?
We document everything we’ve done, train your team and make sure it’s all working as it should. If you’d like ongoing support afterwards, we can keep looking after it for you, or hand it over to your own team.
