get more from Microsoft 365

Most businesses use a fraction of what their Microsoft 365 licences include, and many are on the wrong plan. Our engineers work in Microsoft 365 every day, managing environments with anything from a handful of users to over 1,000. We get to know how your business works, then shape Microsoft 365 around it, from devices and security to collaboration and AI.

right-sized licensing

Microsoft 365 has dozens of plans and add-ons, and it’s easy to end up paying for the wrong ones. We match each person to the right licence, so office staff might need Business Premium while others only need email, with add-ons like Copilot or Teams Phone just for the people who use them. We reclaim licences when people leave, flag features you’re paying for but not using, and spot separate tools your existing licences could replace. All bought at partner pricing.

Microsoft 365 backup

Microsoft keeps its service running, but it doesn’t guarantee to restore data you lose through accidental deletion, ransomware or a leaver’s account being removed. We can back up your email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams automatically, three times a day, and check every day that the backups have worked. Whether you need a single file, a whole mailbox or everything rolled back to before a ransomware attack, we can restore it quickly, and keep former employees’ data for as long as you need it.

frequently asked questions

What is a modern workplace?

A modern workplace uses cloud tools such as Microsoft 365 to let people work securely from anywhere. Email, files, calls, devices and security are all managed centrally, so it’s easier to collaborate, onboard new starters and keep data safe.

Which Microsoft 365 licences do we need?

Most businesses need a mix rather than one plan for everyone. Office staff often suit Microsoft 365 Business Premium for its built-in security and device management. People who only need email might just need Exchange Online. Larger or regulated organisations may need Microsoft 365 E5 for advanced security and compliance. On top of that come add-ons such as Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, Copilot, Power Automate, Visio and extra storage. Our free review shows you the right mix for each person.

Is Microsoft 365 secure out of the box?

Not completely. Microsoft 365 includes strong security features, but many need configuring before they protect you properly, such as multi-factor authentication, conditional access and email protection. We set them up to a consistent security baseline aligned to Cyber Essentials and NCSC guidance, then keep checking they’re still in place.

Do we need to back up Microsoft 365?

Yes. Microsoft keeps its service running, but it doesn’t guarantee to restore data you lose through accidental deletion, ransomware or a leaver’s account being removed. A separate backup means you can recover anything from a single file to a whole mailbox.

Can you move us to Microsoft 365 from other systems?

Yes. We regularly move businesses from on-site file servers, Dropbox and other email providers into Microsoft 365, planning everything around how your teams work.

Is Copilot worth it for our business?

For some teams, yes, but not always, and not before your data and permissions are in order. We’ll help you work out where Copilot would genuinely save time, and whether another AI tool might suit you better.

What’s included in the free Microsoft 365 review?

Your Technical Account Manager reviews your licences, security settings, how Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive are set up, your backup and data retention, and how ready you are for Copilot. You’ll get a plain-English summary with practical recommendations, with no obligation.

Do you only work with Microsoft?

Microsoft 365 is where we do most of our work, but we also support other platforms and business apps, and can help connect them together.
